Fal Fire Based in Falmouth, have been trading throughout Cornwall for many years and has established a well-earned reputation within the county for its strong technical and customer support.
Your service provider will continue to be Trelawney Fire & Security and your usual local team. We are committed to continuing to provide the same highly reliable and dedicated service as always. The advantages are that between us, the two companies have double the resources to respond to customers’ needs where necessary, allowing greater flexibility and shorter lead times and in particular, emergency callouts throughout the county.
For your due diligence, to reassure you that both companies are fit and properly accredited and insured to provide our services across fire and security, both our organisations have their own BAFE Fire third-party accreditation, as well as SSAIB covering the security services we provide. We are both audited annually to ensure we are maintaining the high standards these accreditations set. Both companies have H&S SSIP accreditation: Fal Fire is SafeContractor certificated, and Trelawney hold CHAS.
Both organisations have comprehensive Professional Indemnity Insurance to cover any advice or designs that we provide to you, and also Public Liability, which, in Fire Protection, has to include a very expensive addition known as Inefficacy (failure to perform) insurance, in the unlikely event that our goods or services fail.
